Description
1. Slitter / Plasma cutting to preset length and required number of pieces.
2. The cut to length is made by the patented slitter (no noise, no hot sparks created by the saw blade, no leaning of the cut edge). Modern industrial proof computer control.
3. Electrically driven, even with 2.0 mm strip coils, the 2020 continuously produces complete, tight spiral tubes that meet or exceed DIN, BS, Euronorm, and Smacna standards.
4. A perfectly fitted option for manufacturing reinforced beads for manufacturing tendon seat tubes or automatic manufacturing of METU flange notches during the manufacturing process is a further advantage of Tubeformer 2020.
5. The 2020 is the only machine for grumpy costume rental companies.
